Refund & Return Policy

Shipping Policy
RobotX offers free standard shipping on orders over $199 USD, applicable to ground shipping where available.

Due to the size, weight, value, and sensitivity of robotics equipment and related hardware, certain products may be shipped via LTL freight or parcel carriers, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers. RobotX reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and delivery method at its sole discretion to ensure safe and secure delivery.

Returns Policy
RobotX offers a 7-day return window, meaning you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused and unpowered

  • In original factory packaging

  • Include all accessories, documentation, and protective materials

Proof of purchase from RobotX is required for all returns.

Definition of “Used”
An item is considered used and is not eligible for return if any of the following apply:

  • The product has been removed from factory packaging

  • The product has been powered on

  • The product shows any damage, including cosmetic damage

  • Seals, void stickers, labels, or protective materials have been removed, broken, or altered

Restocking Fee
Once an item has shipped (has left the RobotX warehouse), all approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If a cancellation or return request is received before shipment, a full refund will be issued with no restocking fee. Approved refunds are typically processed within 24 hours, with funds appearing on your payment statement within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact info@usrobotx.com within 7 days of delivery.

If your return request is approved, RobotX will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or shipping error.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Shipping Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact info@usrobotx.com as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and determine next steps.

For freight or LTL deliveries, customers must inspect the shipment at delivery and clearly note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before acceptance. Failure to document damage at delivery may limit or prevent carrier claims.

Non-Returnable Items
RobotX does not accept returns for:

  • Custom or special-order products, including items built, configured, or modified specifically for a customer (including custom software, hardware configurations, or branding)

  • Personalized items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether a product is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Returned items must remain unused, in original factory packaging, and include proof of purchase. All other eligibility conditions outlined in this policy continue to apply.

Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, RobotX will notify you of approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Binding Terms
By placing an order with RobotX, you acknowledge and agree that these shipping, return, refund, restocking, inspection, and eligibility terms are binding at the time of purchase.
