RobotX is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are subject to the RobotX Return Policy. Eligible products may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are new, unused, and in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation intact. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a RobotX error. All returns require prior authorization and a valid RMA number.
