RobotX offers free standard shipping on orders over $199 USD, applicable to ground shipping where available.
Due to the size, weight, value, and sensitivity of robotics equipment and related hardware, certain products may be shipped via LTL freight or parcel carriers, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers. RobotX reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and delivery method at its sole discretion to ensure safe and secure delivery.
Returns Policy
RobotX offers a 7-day return window, meaning you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Restocking Fee
Once an item has shipped (has left the RobotX warehouse), all approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If a cancellation or return request is received before shipment, a full refund will be issued with no restocking fee. Approved refunds are typically processed within 24 hours, with funds appearing on your payment statement within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.
How to Start a Return

If your return request is approved, RobotX will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or shipping error.

Damages and Shipping Issues

We ship via USPS and UPS. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $500 USD within the 48 contiguous United States. Standard shipping rates apply to non-contiguous states such as Alaska and Hawaii. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
International Shipping (Outside the USA)
Free shipping is available only within the contiguous United States. 5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are subject to the RobotX Return Policy. Eligible products may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are new, unused, and in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation intact. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a RobotX error. All returns require prior authorization and a valid RMA number.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation. If there is any delay in processing, you will be notified by email.
Shipping Destinations & Duties
We ship to addresses within the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Applicable duties, taxes, VAT/GST, and customs fees may be charged upon delivery depending on local regulations. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility. If duties or customs fees are not paid and the package is returned, a refund will be issued only after the product is received by us and all return shipping, customs, and storage fees are deducted.
Shipping Within the United States
We ship via USPS and UPS. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $500 USD within the 48 contiguous United States. Standard shipping rates apply to non-contiguous states such as Alaska and Hawaii. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
International Shipping (Outside the USA)
Free shipping is available only within the contiguous United States. International customers may choose from available shipping options based on destination, including small parcel air, ground or air parcel, Canada Post Xpresspost International, and UPS international services. Delivery times are estimated only and may vary due to customs clearance. We do not ship to PO Box addresses for international orders.
Tracking & Delivery
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, RobotX is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or other third-party factors.
Warranty & International Returns
During the warranty period, international shipping costs, duties, and customs fees are not covered. Customers are responsible for all shipping and import/export costs related to exchanges or repairs.
